Benefit is Glowing We Mean Growing and we are currently searching for a Part-time fixed-term 30-hour Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Sephora Meadowhall!Please note: this position will be a 6 month fixed term contract from the employees start date. As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows: Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products. Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments. Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met. Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
