Description
To ensure smooth efficient co-ordination of the BT fleet and drivers, assisting the department manager in all of the day to day operation elements of the department.
Key Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate the daily planning of all the drivers within the BT team across all sites.
• Responsible for the daily activities of all the representatives’ paperwork and planning.
• Supporting with daily admin duties for all BT team members.
• Supporting the Business Unit Manager on projects, paperwork, and administration duties as and when required.
• Respond to messages in a professional and timely manner from customers and internal teams.
• Maintaining and building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and managing customer’s expectations.
• Ensure that all queries are followed up and resolved in an efficient and timely manner with customer focused approach.
• Organising Stock, Parts, and Solutions for the department.
