Business Unit Integration Operations Lead – Surgery
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) is hiring a Business Unit Integration Operations Lead – Surgery to drive integration and operational excellence across its MedTech Deliver portfolio.
Location: U.S. sites (NJ, PA, CA, FL, TX, Puerto Rico) or international sites in Zug, Switzerland or São Paulo, Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (Distribution, Source, Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation) to align and drive performance objectives across critical metrics including cost improvement programs, OTIF‑D, freight spend, lead‑time performance.
- Oversee implementation and status of global Deliver and Surgery projects focused on reliability and cost improvements (e.g., DC to DC, direct ship, freight analytics, shipping optimization).
