Job Description
Commercial Area Officer supervises maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the commercial area, including its amenities, utilities, and equipment; undertake activities that relate to tenancy such as house rules and accounts management; and interact with stakeholders including property managers and residents, in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness, and orderliness for the purpose of achieving company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, which include electro‑mechanical equipment operation, maintenance, and engineering project management;
- Supports tenant’s utility equipment and the promotion and implementation of mall‑wide regulations and policies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in property, hotel, or restaurant setting, property management, or tenant relations.
