Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct twice a year comprehensive audit in all managed properties. It involves Architecture, Landscaping, and Housekeeping, Realibility of all Building Systems & Equipment including Preventive Maintenance, Basic Life and Safety Readiness, GPMC Standards, Renewal of Permits and Licences and Service Contracts
- Monitor and closure of Critical, Major and Minor audit findings
- Reporting of audit findings to the Operations and Business Development Team based on agreed schedule
- All other related duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- At least 1 year working experience in related field
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Knowledegable in Philippine Code Based Requirements
