This position involves assessing building conditions through site evaluations and technical reports, providing insights that will inform capital project management. You will work independently while receiving guidance from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete evaluations and assessments at real estate locations
• Document findings using BGIS software solutions
• Provide actionable recommendations for repairs
• Support the capital budget planning process
• Other duties as delegated
Requirements:
• Diploma in relevant engineering or architecture fields
• Entry-level, 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
