Job Description Ensure project runs smoothly by resolving technical & site issues, arranging works to meet project schedule & requirement, etc. Plan, execute and supervise works activities of the project team Attend site inspections with main contractor/client and ensure quality of works Manage resource usage effectively for project cost control Prepare monthly progress reports for claim purposes Keep all project related correspondences and records in orderly manner Requirements Good analytical and communication skills. Able to understand plumbing & sanitary technical drawings and apply relevant specifications Pro-active and able to work independently under pressure
