Job Description
A Building Construction General Foreman supervises daily site operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures projects meet quality, safety, and schedule standards . They interpret technical drawings, manage material resources, and lead workers to ensure adherence to construction plans, reporting progress to project managers. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision & Coordination:
Direct day-to-day site operations, including managing subcontractors and multiple work crews to ensure efficient productivity. Safety & Compliance:
Enforce site safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local regulations), conduct toolbox briefings, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Planning & Scheduling:
