Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of domestic and commercial complex and high value subsidence claims from notification to conclusion.
- Diagnose, mitigate, and repair structural defects and subsidence issues.
- Communicate with team members and service providers on claim progress.
- Make decisions and deliver excellent customer service with empathy.
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Chartered building professional qualification (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE) and ideally an insurance qualification (e.g., CILA, CII).
- Comprehensive expertise in structural defects and subsidence diagnosis.
- Experience in insurance claims handling.
