Building Engineer Location Toa Payoh Job Responsibilities
. Lead safety programs such as Gemba site walks, follow up on action items, and attend Safety Committee meetings. . Investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine root causes and prevent recurrence. . Conduct monthly inspections with the cleaning company to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with KPIs, including pest control and landscaping. . Initiate and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for building and life safety systems. . Address and resolve customer feedback related to building safety and maintenance (CMMS) for all sites, including AMK sites. . Supervise building office Alteration & Addition (A&A) works to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements. . Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors to carry out planned and ad-hoc maintenance works, including lifts, dumbwaiters, and fire protection systems, e...
