Job Summary:
Assists the Construction Manager in overseeing day-to-day site works.
Essential Job Functions:The Building Engineer is responsible, but not limited to, the following:
- Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
- Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues and implementing necessary
- Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering and adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones.
- Produce weekly site progress reports and necessary submissions
- Attend meetings and conduct site inspections on work progress to ensure quality control by authority requirements. ...
