A leading property services firm in San Pedro, Laguna is looking for a Building Engineer. You will perform maintenance and repairs on building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should be licensed EE/ME with relevant experience in Facilities Management and possess strong skills in Microsoft Office. This position requires physical stamina and an advanced level of organizational skills and math proficiency. A six-day shifting schedule is required.
