Work Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig
Work Schedule: shifting
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and systems
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and minor mechanical issues
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency of operations
Monitor and maintain lighting, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Coordinate with contractors for major repairs and fit-out projects
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance areas and tools
