Summary
The building maintenance lead hand is responsible for overseeing building maintenance activities across all Execaire Aviation bases. This role ensures that each base operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards, passes building audits, and meets local airport and city requirements. The building maintenance lead hand serves as a central point of contact for infrastructure‑related issues and plays a critical role in safeguarding company property and ensuring a consistent standard of excellence across all sites.

- Adhere to Execaire Aviation safety policy.
- Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all bases, ensuring safety inside and outside all sites.
