Job Description
**Position Overview**
The Building Maintenance Technician role is responsible for keeping the facility safe, functional, and in good condition by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple sites, as well as conference rooms set up throughout our Corporate sites.
**A Day In The Life**
+ Perform repairs and preventive maintenance to commercial facility equipment, mechanical systems, and structures.
+ Coordinate and execute all conference/event set-ups at Kingsbury, Burlington and Edgewater Park locations and assure all event furniture is in good repair and ready for use. Some travel to the New York Buying Office and the new Distribution Center in Logan Township, NJ may be required.
+ Perform exterior maintenance tasks as needed; painting, lot signage installation, storm inlet maintenance, concrete and asphalt repairs, exterior lighting maintenance, roof systems maintenance, fence repairs, associate moves, policing of grounds,...
