- Perform general building maintenance, including minor repairs, geyser thermostat replacements, and light fixture installations.
- Handle a wide range of handyman tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Safely work at heights when required.
- Install signage, disclaimers, and window coverings as directed.
- Identify, report, and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Execute instructions from Directors and departmental managers.
