Summary Join the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) as a Building Management Specialist. The incumbent will lead facility operations, oversee contractors, and plan and executive maintenance projects. This position requires investigating and resolving complex operational problems, managing resources, and establishing policy, and representing DCSA to ensure facilities meet mission needs.
