Advert Text To establish and maintain the Annual Facilities Management and budget and the financial Processes in place for PO/invoices/variations Payment application on time and Cash flow maintained Reviewing the Cleaning Diary; log all cleaning calls and liaise with cleaning team onsite General Administration and taking on ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required depending on the needs of the business. Upsell facilities by making the line manager aware of any gaps in service.
