Job Description
We are looking to hire a Live-in Building Manager in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. This is a full-time position that would be an excellent fit for someone who likes to keep active and engaged.
Responsibilities
Cleaning/Maintenance
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas, corridors, stairwells and elevators
- Prepare suites for new residents
- Perform minor maintenance throughout the building
- Coordinate with contractors for additional maintenance projects
- Grounds maintenance including: salting sidewalks and minor snow removal on walkways
Tenant Relations/Administrative
- Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain positive relations with tenants
- Show suites to prospective tenants
- Collect and record incoming rents
- Assist with move-in and move-out process
- Maintain building logs
General
- Follow an on-call schedule
