About the Position
Manufacturing - Lifts & Escalator. 5 days work, office hours. East Region.
Compensation: UP $7,000 plus incentives and commission.
Job Responsibilities- Handle elevator or escalator maintenance in the assigned area, manage resources according to company policies, and ensure service growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure safety compliance by handling incident reporting, inspections, and toolbox talks, and completing safety checks and corrective actions on time to maintain high product safety standards.
- Manage area operations to meet cost, reliability, and profit targets by securing and renewing contracts, recovering lost business, supporting sales, and improving staffing and workflow efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction, while conducting periodic inspections to monitor service quality.
