Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of commercial and residential buildings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SCDF regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance of the buildings.
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Building Management or equivalent.
- Prior experience in building management, preferably in commercial and residential settings.
- Familiarity with SCDF regulations and requirements.
