Building and Estate Management
- Operate and maintain the site as a fully functioning building.
- Ensure that the building is maintained to the highest possible standards at all times.
- Provide effective management of staff operating within the Facilities function, consisting of facilities officers.
- Manage and plan for:
- Routine building maintenance works
- Cyclical maintenance works
- Improvement works
- Conservancy and horticulture

Data Centre Facility Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain all Data Centre standard operating procedures (preventive and reactive maintenance).
- Supervise, coach, and develop the Data Centre Facility Management (DCFM) Team.
- Align DCFM policies, procedures, and metrics with client requirements and third-party standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001).
