City of Alamosa Job Description Position: Building Official (Reports to: Development Services Director) General Statement of Duties Conducts plan reviews as required, issues building permits in accordance with the applicable building code, performs building inspections, and conducts technical analysis of work related to the Development Services Department. Provides support to the City zoning administrator and code enforcement when needed.
