Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day facilities operations across HSBC Menara IQ
- Monitor building system (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS) to ensure proper functioning
- Process and track maintenance request from HSBC staff members.
- Conduct regular facility inspection to identify issues requiring attention
- Liaise with service provider (cleaning, pest control, maintenance contractors).
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities with external vendors.
- Review contractor performance
- Process vendor invoices and maintain related documentation.
- Liaise with spare parts supplier for ordering spare part items and negotiating price.
- Monitor Corrigo system and make sure all work orders are closed
- Assign work order based on technician availability, skills and workload.
- Coordinate emergency response for high priority issue.
