A nationwide, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Manchester, are now seeking a Senior Building Regulations Principal Designer that can lead from the front and win work through their business development skills, whilst also leading on project delivery and acting as the sole Building Regulations Principal Designer across a range of residential, commercial, retail, education and healthcare projects.
