Summary

  • This is a 6-month contract role with a local authority, focused on providing professional leadership and assurance in managing building safety across Lambeth Council’s higher-risk residential buildings (HRBs). The role is crucial for ensuring full compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Act 2021, and Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
