Our customer are one of the leading property & real estate organisations globally, with a number of high profile buildings under management and across a range of sectors including financial services & corporate, healthcare, managing agent and heritage among others. Due to an internal promotion at a long held account in Central London (Zone 1) they currently seek an account manager to take charge of M&E delivery across planned & reactive maintenance for a corporate HQ building, as well as driving projects and extra works. Guideline salary for this position is circa £75-85k basic as well as associated benefits including healthcare, pension scheme, etc.
