As the Building Services Manager, you will report to the Operations Director, and work closely with the rest of the Operations team, making your mark in a number of ways:
- Responsible for physical security operations on site, managing the 24x7x365 outsourced security personnel team
- Lead all aspects of building operations and soft services, including cleaning, gardening, and grounds maintenance
- Work closely with technical and facilities teams on all property related matters
Please note, this role will be based in our data centre in Johor Bahru.
Your Day to Day
- Support the Operations Director in the management of physical security services at the property, including Landlord (AirTrunk) and customer areas
