Building Services Manager (reports to the Operations Director)

• Contract management of all soft services, fire maintenance and building fire system compliance, and overall site presentation.
• Direct people leadership for the Site Security Manager, overseeing physical security operations and compliance across the site.
• Own non‑critical building assets, facilities vendors and building compliance outcomes; maintain overall site security posture through governance and vendor management.
• Own all non‑critical building assets and facilities services, including fire, cleaning, waste, landscaping, pest control, hydraulics, lifts, gates, roller shutters, office spaces, and amenities.
