POSITION SUMMARY
Substitute Teachers are committed school team members, closing the opportunity gap for students and providing high-quality instruction when substitute coverage is needed. We expect that 50% of this position will be subbing in classrooms and 50% supporting individual and small groups of students as an educational assistant. A Substitute Teacher is intensely focused on each student's growth. To do this, the Substitute Teacher provides a loving, structured classroom rooted in high expectations for behavior and learning. The Substitute Teacher will report to the Principal and work with all members of the school team and the Grade Team Leader.
