They are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Surveyor who will playa vital role in conducting various building surveying tasks, including technical due diligence, reinstatement valuations, dilapidations projects, and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting thorough assessments for property acquisitions, disposals, and investments. Contribute to detailed reports for clients.
- Support in completing valuations for insurance purposes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
