Building Surveyor needed in Redditch, £27.30ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1528302
To undertake feasibility studies and stock condition surveys, and to prepare specifications and schedule of works for possible remedial works. To provide regular updates of expenditure on capital budgets and performance of the services and to maintain financial and statistical records for all capital works including any special projects.
