Job Description
Key responsibilities shall include but is not limited to the following:
- Carryout on-site inspections of structural and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Perform physical checks such as building facade assessment, concrete/masonry element assessment, concrete reinforcement bar verification, and dimensional measurements using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Inspect ongoing construction activities at various stages, including substructure, superstructure, temporary works, erosion control works and finishing works, ensuring workmanship quality and safety standards are met.
- Access via scaffolding, mobile elevated working platform, cat ladder and confined areas may be required based on work requirement to perform close-up examinations and verify site conditions.
