What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Petroleum Operations Manager, and is responsible for:
Supervise the day to day operations of the Bulk Petroleum Department and provide direction to Cardlock operations, programs and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives. Provide leadership to the bulk petroleum team, including recruitment, performance management, training and development of team members. Prepare budget and ensure petroleum products are ordered to maintain inventory levels. Ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for coordination and supervision of all safety, maintenance, Alberta Transportation regulations, and environmental policies; ensuring standards are achieved. Manage ongoing development of customer relationships through added value, follow-up and a focus on providing an exceptional experience.
