Job Description
1. Purpose of the Job
1 Responsible for diagnostic and general vehicle maintenance and routine repairs on the bus fleet, ensuring that
all work is carried out in line with the agreed process and to a high standard, and that safety is observed at all
times.
2. Key Accountabilities
Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests; identifying worn and
damaged parts; Inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions and diagnose to determine extent
of repair required.
Service vehicles in accordance with Company and vehicle manufacturing specifications and to Company
and Statutory standards.
Provides instruction and training in the proper methods and processes necessary to perform equipment
repair, inspection and preventive maintenance.
