As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance natural areas within Ipswich
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.
- Strong knowledge of Native Plant and Weed identification
- Ability to manage a team
- Operate various gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Ensure natural areas are maintained to a high standard
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
