- Translate Business Policy into Clear, Testable Requirements
- Drive Cross Vendor & Cross Team Alignment
- Reconcile differences between business intent and technical interpretation
- Maintain and version BRDs / user stories
- Develop and maintain current state and future state flows
- Support impact assessments for Operations
- Own End to End Process & Impact Documentation
- Support Delivery Readiness & Testing
- Validate that developed solutions meet the documented requirements.
- Enable Decision Making Through Clear Artifacts
