- Deliver insights that drive product results.
- Research the market to define problems and size opportunities.
- Review current solutions to find gaps and synergy opportunities.
- Interview users and turn findings into clear problem statements.
- Set success metrics and build dashboards to track them.
- Analyze performance after launch and recommend improvements.
- Assess change requests for impact, effort, and resource needs.
