Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and pain points.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), user stories, and use cases.
- Create process flows, wireframes, mockups, and workflow diagrams.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support solution design, system integration, and process optimization.
- Work with QA teams on test scenarios, UAT planning, and defect resolution.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
