Job Description
Responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and workflow mapping with business teams to identify AI opportunities. Translate business pain points into AI-ready problem statements, hypotheses, success metrics, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Lead the scoping and coordination of AI POCs and MVPs, from opportunity framing to prototype validation and pilot recommendation. Partner with technical teams, vendors, and business users to design AI-enabled workflows and solutions. Coordinate UAT, pilot feedback, test scripts, evaluation rubrics, and validation reports. Analyze results from POCs/MVPs and recommend whether solutions should be scaled, refined, paused, or discontinued. Prepare business cases, PRDs, process maps, delivery plans, risk logs, decision papers, and stakeholder updates.
