Overview
The Business Analyst / Business Operations Analyst supports operational performance through data analysis, systems administration, and reporting. The role focuses on CRM management, KPI tracking, and financial reporting. The analyst works with stakeholders across sales, finance, and operations to improve visibility, accuracy, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support administration and day to day use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules.
- Maintain and administer the CRM, including data quality, user support, and basic configuration.
