Gather requirements from both internal and external subject matter experts Document business rules and use cases Collaborate to define segmentation of scope to ensure design requirements and technical specifications are outlined Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements Lead Sprint Planning and Refinement sessions Interface directly with internal department leaders to provide exceptional implementation, training and support to clients Assist with identifying and solving design flaws to increase usability Be able to communicate the business value of product capabilities and act as a product champion Provide content for the development of all product documentation (including marketing materials, Product specs, user guides, etc.) Present on topics including product walk-throughs, for internal and external audiences Engage with users during user feedback ...
