Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Project
A public sector organisation is seeking three Business Analysts to join a multidisciplinary digital transformation team working on the ePV programme, a strategic initiative focused on modernising and digitalising police and judicial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and functional requirements
- Define project scope and support solution design activities
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Analyse and map business processes, systems, and impacts
- Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation
- Support end users through training, workshops, and communication activities
- Provide second-line support and project reporting
- Communicate updates, changes, and issues through established channels
