Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from academic and administrative stakeholders.
- Analyze operational, enrollment, academic, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support process improvement initiatives across admissions, academics, student services, and operations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision‑making.
- Assist in system enhancements, data migration, and implementation of education management systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business and institutional needs.
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in Education industry.
- Proficient in business analysis tools such as Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
