Project & Engagement Management
- Lead and manage complex consulting projects ensuring timely delivery, high‑quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies to meet goals and milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the engagement lifecycle.
