The ERP Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure ERP systems effectively support business processes. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and supporting ERP implementations, enhancements, and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ERP systems
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows
- Work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and HR
- Configure and support ERP modules in coordination with technical teams.
