Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst - Expert Cards within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze issues and propose improvements for cards products and services.
- Analyze and evaluate change requests.
- Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and evaluate different options.
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as an interface with stakeholders.
- Bridge business needs with IT.
- Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (Business and IT).
- Follow up on the implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
