Job Description Partner closely with regional stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities Lead the standardisation of best practices, ensuring effective solutions are systematically documented to support future reference and reuse across markets Establish a strong relationship with the country leadership, providing regional guidance grounded Conduct operational assessments through regular engagement with on-the-ground teams to develop an understanding of operational pain points Translate qualitative feedback and operational insights into structured, actionable recommendations that inform regional decision-making and execution Support the rollout and execution of regional initiatives by ensuring alignment, managing sensitivities, and proactively addressing risks and resistance
