Key Responsibilities
Engage with business, operational, and customer stakeholders to understand requirements and desired outcomes. Analyse current and future state processes, systems, and customer journeys. Produce clear business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Act as a liaison between business teams, IT delivery teams, and third-party suppliers.
