Position Overview
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business teams and technical teams by translating business needs into clear requirements, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and driving process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders and end users.
